On Saturday 28 September the festive opening took place in Ankara, with special guests such as the ambassador, the minister of Family Affairs and the former minister of Labour. The latter was the first Turkish minister to visit the Netherlands in 1973. 

After a successful period at the Verwey Museum Haarlem, the exhibition travels Turkish Female Pioneers since may through Turkey. The exhibition can still be admired in Eskişehir.
