The war painted by Henk Pander

Based on paintings and drawings by the in Haarlem born Henk Pander, a Dutch/American visual artist, the unknown story of a tragic event during the Hunger Winter is told.
This includes a number of children of employees of the Joh. Enschedé lost his life.
This story is supplemented with stories from survivors and relatives.
