Wednesday, April 3 at 13:30 PM, lender Sophita Overdijk will show you around the exhibition Verwey and Steijn – shared studio. Discover more about the work of both artists, the influence of the renowned painter - and their teacher - Henri Boot and their further artistic development. As stepdaughter of Steijn and acquaintance of Verwey and Boot, Sophita Overdijk offers a unique perspective on the personal lives of these artists and their art circle in Haarlem during the sixties and seventies of the last century.
